An overview of the Gradate Teaching Academy's seminar and certificate program will be presented by Dr. Debra Fowler (Interim Director for the Center for Teaching Excellence). Anyone interested in obtaining "GTA Fellow" designation should attend this seminar.
Pizza will be served beginning at 5:00 pm.
With a vision for impacting the development of excellent college teachers in all academic disciplines, the Graduate Teaching Academy (GTA) offers professional development in teaching to supplement research-oriented graduate programs. This graduate student-led organization is supported by the Center for Teaching Excellence, the Office of Graduate Studies, and the Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning at Texas A&M University.
